Searching for FT or PT. Reports directly to Marketing Manager and Founder. 

Supports Marketing Director in developing and implementing social media, community outreach, in-store marketing and E-commerce strategy in order to reach fiscal and impact goals. Has keen knowledge of all financial and marketing goals and executes strategies implemented by the Marketing Director in order to meet them.

E-commerce: Maintains Shopify to ensure landing photos are up to date and information is accurate. Regularly updates website inventory on a weekly basis. Photographs product selected by upper management for website, edits and adds copy of product and uploads on site with visual standards set by upper management. Has working knowledge of E-commerce fiscal goals and the strategy to meet them.

Social Media Platforms: Follows and implements a monthly content framework established by the Marketing Director. Weekly story sales (snax) and gallery posts with creative storytelling techniques that increase follower engagement. Utilizes engaging posts and instagram “shop” to increase rate of clicks and sale conversion on Shopify. Regularly aids in the production of content.

Proficiencies: Shopify, copywriting, photography, photo-editing, social media platforms (including Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook).

Experience in retail environment is highly preferred.

**Must be flexible and able to work in both locations as necessary.
